Who we are

LaceLuxx is an authenticated luxury resale business based in Atlanta, Georgia. This policy describes how we handle information collected through www.lace-luxx.com and the third-party platforms we operate on (WhatNot, Poshmark, Facebook, Instagram, Threads, TikTok, LinkedIn). What we collect

• Browsing data — anonymous page views, device type, referrer, and approximate location collected via Vercel Analytics, Google Analytics 4, and PostHog. We use this in aggregate to understand which pages and live-show announcements perform best.
• Account / order data — when you bid on a live show or buy through our partner platforms (WhatNot, Poshmark), those platforms collect your shipping and payment information. We receive a record of the order so we can authenticate, package, and ship your item. We do not store payment-card details.
• Direct contact — if you email or text us, we keep the message so we can reply and follow up on the conversation.

How we use it

• To fulfill orders and authenticate items before shipping.
• To improve which products and posts we feature.
• To send the post-show recap and follow-up updates if you opt in.
• To comply with tax, fraud-prevention, and legal requests.

Third parties and integrations

A full list of the platforms we send data to (and what they do with it) lives on our API Integrations page. The short version:

• Meta (Facebook, Instagram, Threads) — we publish posts to our own LaceLuxx accounts via Meta’s Graph API. We do not import follower data or message you on Meta’s behalf. Meta’s own Data Policy covers what they do with engagement signals on those posts.
• WhatNot & Poshmark — we operate stores there; those platforms handle their own checkout and customer data.
• Vercel, Cloudflare, Supabase — our hosting, CDN, and content database. Standard request logs only.
• PostHog & Google Analytics — anonymous product analytics. You can opt out via the Do Not Track signal in your browser; we honor it.
• OpenAI — used to generate images for our own posts. No personal information is sent to OpenAI.

Cookies

We set a small number of first-party cookies for analytics and to keep you logged into our admin pages. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.

Your rights

Email [email protected] to request a copy of the information we hold about you, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it. We’ll respond within 30 days. If you’re in the EU or California, you also have rights under GDPR / CCPA — we honor those without distinction.

Children

LaceLuxx is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes to this policy

We’ll update this page whenever we add a new integration or change how we handle data. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent change.
