Terms of Service

1. Who you’re dealing with

LaceLuxx is a sole-proprietor luxury resale business based in Atlanta, Georgia (the “Site” or “we”). These Terms govern your use of www.lace-luxx.com and any item you purchase from LaceLuxx through partner platforms (WhatNot, Poshmark, etc.). Buying or bidding constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

2. Authentication guarantee

Every item we list has been hand-authenticated by LaceLuxx prior to listing. If a piece you buy from us is ever determined to be inauthentic by a third-party authentication service of your choice (Authenticate First, Entrupy, REAL, etc.), we will refund the full purchase price plus return shipping. Claims must be filed within 14 days of receipt.

3. Pricing, bids, and live shows

• Posted prices are denominated in U.S. dollars and may change without notice.
• Live-show bids on WhatNot are final once the timer ends; refunds are governed by WhatNot’s own terms.
• Direct sales on the Site (when offered) are subject to the cancellation window stated at checkout.

4. Shipping

Orders ship from Atlanta, GA the next business day after the payment clears, using a tracked, insured carrier. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or addresses provided incorrectly at checkout.

5. Returns

We accept returns on direct sales (not live-show purchases) within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn and in the same condition shipped. Live-show purchases are final per platform rules.

6. Acceptable use of the Site

You agree not to:

• Scrape or copy listings, photos, or copy for commercial reuse.
• Impersonate LaceLuxx on any social channel or marketplace.
• Submit false authentication claims or chargebacks in bad faith.

7. Intellectual property

Brand names (Louis Vuitton, Chanel, Gucci, etc.) appear on the Site for the sole purpose of identifying authenticated pre-owned merchandise. LaceLuxx is not affiliated with or endorsed by those brands. The LaceLuxx name, logo, and original photography are our property.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The Site is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, LaceLuxx’s aggregate liability for any claim arising out of your use of the Site or purchase of an item will not exceed the amount you paid for that item.

9. Privacy

How we handle information you give us is described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia.
